Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the sirloins and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown on the outside and cooked to your liking on the inside. Remove the tenderloins from the pan and let them rest while you prepare the sauce.
In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the honey and both mustards (Dijon and Old Fashioned) and mix well to combine the flavors.
Pour the beef broth into the pan and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook the sauce for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

Once the sauce has reduced and reached the desired consistency, add the butter and stir until it melts and is fully incorporated into the sauce. Return the tenderloins to the pan and cover each one with the honey mustard sauce. Cook for a couple more minutes, coating the tenderloins with the sauce and reheating them.
Once the tenderloins are hot and the sauce has thickened, remove the pan from the heat. Serve the tenderloins with a generous spoonful of sauce on top. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley for garnish, if desired.
A stunning and flavorful dish sure to become a favorite in your recipe book. This Sirloin with Honey Mustard Sauce is perfect for a special dinner party or to impress your guests on any occasion.
