How to Make a Good Tiramisu
Tiramisu has been conquering palates around the world for years.

Now, despite being very typical in Italy and many other parts of the world, tiramisu can also be easily prepared at home. You just need a little time, a few ingredients, and a lot of enthusiasm. It's not complicated at all. In this article, we'll show you how to make it. Pay attention to the recipe, the ingredients, and the steps you must follow.

The recipe for making a good tiramisu at home

First, we must keep in mind that tiramisu takes a long time to prepare. To prepare it at home it will take approximately an hour and a half, give or take a few minutes. Of course, the time is worth it. If we think of servings for eight people, we must have the following ingredients on hand: 500 grams of mascarpone, two fresh eggs, 150 grams of sugar, freshly brewed coffee, cocoa powder, ladyfingers, a tablespoon of Italian amaro, which is a herbal liqueur (if you don't have any, that doesn't matter either), and knife-cut dessert chocolate.

The recipe for tiramisu
You must pay attention to the steps to follow when making this dessert.

The first step is simple and within everyone's reach: prepare the coffee and set it aside. The second step is to separate the yolks from the whites. Next, take a bowl and add the egg yolks, mascarpone, and sugar. Then, begin mixing until you achieve a consistent texture. When you see that you have a creamy texture, add two teaspoons of coffee and one teaspoon of Italian liqueur. Mix again.

The third step is to take another bowl and add the egg whites and the cream we made in the second step. Then, on a tray, make the first layer of cream and another layer of coffee-soaked sponge cake, then cover it again with a second layer of cream, adding the chocolate. We repeat this same process to the edge of the tray.

Important detail: before eating this dessert, let it rest for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
