Some of the perfect Christmas appetizers

Prepare the sweet potatoes by cutting them into thin slices and placing them on a baking sheet. Then, drizzle them with oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake them at 180°C for about 15 minutes, and once they're ready, set them aside. Meanwhile, take advantage of the residual heat from the oven to brown some chickpeas. Simply place them on another baking sheet, drizzle them with oil and salt, and bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes. After removing them from the oven, sprinkle them with a mixture of paprika and mix well to coat them.

We make the base by placing the sweet potato slices on the crust, followed by a layer of hummus, some toasted chickpeas, and finally, we top it with sprouts.

To prepare the crispy corn with Russian salad, quail egg, and anchovy, you'll need corn tortillas, quail eggs, anchovies, and a Russian salad, either homemade or prepared. Once the salad is ready, we'll boil the eggs for approximately 3 minutes. Once ready, we peel them and set them aside while we cut the tortillas into triangles and fry them for a crispy touch. To assemble them, we'll place the salad on the tortilla with half a quail egg and a piece of anchovy.

These two appetizers will win over even the most demanding palates. These canapés are the perfect recipe to surprise this Christmas, thanks to their delicious flavor and simplicity of preparation that will leave no one indifferent.
