Protein-Rich Lemon Mousse

There are several ways to prepare a fit lemon mousse. In this case, we've chosen a protein-rich recipe, with eggs and Greek yogurt as the key ingredients.

Ingredients: 250 g Greek yogurt, 3 egg whites, 10 g neutral gelatin, 500 ml water, lemon zest, and sweetener to taste.

Preparation: First, heat 200 ml of water and set aside another 300 ml to mix with the powdered gelatin. When the water begins to boil, add the prepared gelatin and stir well to avoid lumps. Once ready, set it aside.

Next, prepare the egg whites. Beat vigorously and continuously until stiff peaks form. Next, add the yogurt, lemon zest, and your chosen sweetener (in our case, sweetener). Mix well until a creamy texture is achieved. Combine the gelatin mixture with the yogurt and egg whites, stirring until well combined.

Finally, serve in your favorite glass container and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the gelatin to solidify. Once this time has passed, enjoy our delicious, totally healthy lemon and Greek yogurt mousse.
