Wash and chop the fruit, especially the broccoli, into small pieces. Once everything is blended, taste it to see how it tastes. If it's too strong, add another tablespoon of honey, or if it's too thick, add almond milk.
Finally, there's the apple smoothie, which will satisfy any craving between meals and is perfect for any time of day. In this recipe, you'll need one green apple, a pinch of cinnamon, one cup of spinach, four cups of blueberries, one tablespoon of nutmeg, one tablespoon of chia seeds, one cup of almond milk, and vanilla extract.
